EDIT: I confirmed ownership of an account with level 410 and a trade-ban. I can't fully confirm the inventory due to forced private but most of the skins on the screen were confirmable via the showcases, make sure to use a middleman and keep in mind that tradebanneds are risky.

I don't understand why you don't just keep the acc and when 2030 the acc is no longer trade banned then just sell all skins or not?
